How long until I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 4 business days. We ship with PostNL who generally deliver packages within 1-2 business days.

Do I receive a Track & Trace code?

Yes. After your order has been completed, we willl send you a confirmation e-mail including your own Track & Trace link.

Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?

We ship to anywhere in the world! Please note that you may have to pay import taxes for your order depending on the shipping address. Perla By Eenvoud is not responsible for import taxes or any other unforeseeable costs.

Also, shipping might take longer, depending on your location.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

Please get in touch with us via with your order number and we'll take it from there.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We do everything to make sure your order is packed with care. In case of any damage, please contact us via with your order number, a description of the damage and a clear picture showing the damage.

Also, please contact us within 1 week after you've received your order so we can make sure to help as fast as possible.

Can you gifwrap my order? 

Just add a note in the note box below the product you want to purchase. Mention that it is a gift and we'll take care of the rest.

Would you like to add a message? Just add it as a note in the box as well. Do make sure you avoid any spelling mistakes. After your purchase we're not able to change the text

Returns & exchanges

Can I return my order?

In case you're not 100% happy with your order, you can let us know via Please do so within 14 days after you've received your order.

Once we've received your return, we'll refund your order immediately. It can take up to 14 days for the amount to be visible in your account, depending on your bank.

It has been 14+ days, can I still return my order?

No. We're a small shop and need to be strict here. We hope you understand! 

My order was a gift, how can I return it?

Please send an e-mail to including:

- the item description

- the full name of the person who placed the order

- the original order confirmation we sent after your gift was purchased


Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

You have to return your order first and place a new order after, if you prefer to collect the funds first. Please e-mail us at to organize your return.
